Idolatry: Pride, Humility, & Insanity
Today we look at how we can make idols out of Power and Pride. Not everyone has Power, but even those that don't have it, try to gain it. We all have Pride to some degree. This is not the type that says "I'm proud of you", which is more so a warm-hearted admiration; but is the type that says "I deserve it and it is owed to me" - an attitude of entitlement. Nebuchadnezzar had these issues, but on a scale that most of us would never experience. Listen to how God dealt with him, and learn how we should approach everything as a gift from God.
