Philippians – Part 5: To live is Christ and to die is Gain
In his letter to the church at Philippi, the Apostle Paul states (v.21), “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” What does it mean “to live is Christ”? Does the phrase, “to die is gain” mean that Paul has a “death wish”? Short answer is “No”. The latter only makes sense if the former is true.
